Surya is a Smoothie Pale Ale by Separatist Beer Project that’s double dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra, and conditioned on pineapple purée, and house toasted coconut flesh.

The beer pours a hazy pale straw color with aromas of pineapple, tropical stone fruit and bright citrus. At first sip, you’re greeted with fresh pineapple sweetness with a touch of tart that follows through to a gentle finish of coconut.
Surya features a soft bitterness and full mouthfeel that is reminiscent of a delicious pineapple smoothie that is sure to delight through the next heat wave.
