Test Piece: Mosaic is a 7.8% IPA from Cinderlands Beer Company (Pittsburgh, PA). This is the next can in Cinderlands Test Piece series and is single hopped with Mosaic. This beer is brewed with two row, flaked oats, wheat malt, and carafoam, and features Vermont ale yeast.
Pouring to a very hazy straw color, we got a decent sized white head in our glass. Aromas of bright blueberry, lemon, melon, and honeydew.
Drinking Test Piece: Mosaic brings flavors of melon and honeydew, with a blueberry like finish. This beer has a medium body, a full mouth feel, and a very soft bitterness.
