Stereotype Unknown is the latest release from Strange Roots Experimental Ales (Pittsburgh, PA). Clocking in at 6.4% ABV, this mixed culture Farmhouse Ale was aged in French oak puncheons with a batch date of November 9th, 2017.
Aromas of white grape, apple and kiwi accompany the taste of this beer. The flavor boasts mild funk, citrus/apple skins and gooseberries, finishing with soft acidity, chalky dryness and a very faint oak presence.
