Tropical Pale Ale is a 7.7% ABV pale ale from North Country Brewing Company (Slippery Rock, PA). This beer was dry hopped with galaxy and mosaic hops, and conditioned on lots of tangerine, mango, and pink guava purée.
Pouring to a hazy orange color, we noticed a decent sized head in our glass. Aromas of mango, papaya, and orange juice are noticeable right away.
Drinking Tropical Pale Ale makes us think we are drinking a mango smoothie! We also noticed flavors of bright orange and peach. This brew starts juicy and tropical, and finishes a little dry with slight bitterness on the backend.
