Shady Spot Lemon is a 4.2% ABV fruit beer/shandy from Susquehanna Brewing Company (Pittston, PA). This beer took Gold in the 2016 World Beer Cup awards!
Pouring to a yellow/orange, this beer formed a bright white head in our glass. Aromas of fresh lemonade and spice are noticeable on the nose.
Drinking Shady Spot Lemon brings a dominant lemon flavor as expected. We also noticed a little lime as well. The fresh lemon juice adds a nice tartness to this brew that’s quite refreshing in the summer!
