This is Not the New Neshaminy Creek IPA by Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company

Written By Breweries In PA Contributor Shane Fisher (@Sfish521 & @GoofyFootedBrewingCO)

Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.6%
IBU: 45
Hops: Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic

Warning: This is Not the New Neshaminy Creek IPA.  This reimagined version of County Line IPA is a less hop aggressive and bitterness forward unfiltered beer that draws influence from both east and west coast styles.  This unfiltered IPA from the Croydon, Pa brewery features wheat and honey malt rather than caramel and Munich and more late hop additions rather than early bittering additions used in their County Line IPA.  Be sure to check out this reimagined IPA as it is only a limited one-off.

The beer pours a pale golden amber with slight haze due to being an unfiltered ale. Aromas of grapefruit, mango, stone fruit, and tangerine greet you upon opening the can and intensify as you pour this limited offering. Flavors of citrus and pine resin, biscuity and sweet malt coat your palate on each sip of this medium bodied beer that finishes crisp and slightly dry.  This is Not the New Neshaminy Creek IPA is much softer in bitterness than the classic West Coast style County Line IPA, but features the same 6.6% ABV as its older brother, allowing you to go a few rounds with it and enjoy the Mosaic dry hopped IPA.

Be sure to grab this beer when you see it to enjoy a different side of Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company and taste their reimagination of a Pennsylvania classic. Stay tuned for more from Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company!
