Hoofprint is an 8% ABV DIPA brewed in collaboration by Stable 12 Brewing (Phoenixville, PA) and Imprint Brewing Company (Hatfield, PA). This beer is brewed with Citra, Vic Secret, Cashmere, and Mandarina Bavaria hops.
Pouring to a hazy golden color, this looks like west coast IPA right off the bat! We got a large, bright white head in our glass as well.
We noticed aromas of dank hops immediately on this one. Tasting Hoofprint brings juicy hop flavors up front with a nice bitter finish. It’s got a great body to it with some nice fruit character throughout.
