Slappers Only is an 8% Imperial New England IPA brewed by ShuBrew (Zelienople, PA).
If you’re like us and grew up on video games (and if not we are sorry to hear that) then when you hear Slappers Only we know what you are thinking. For those not so familiar, Slappers Only is a setting in Golden Eye where you fight against other players unarmed with hands only. While rarely played, it always made for a fun time.
In this case Slappers Only is a golden, slightly translucent yellow New England IPA brewed with Juniper berries as well as simcoe, loral and galaxy hops. This crushable Pixelated DIPA presents a low hop profile with a creamy, silky mouthfeel.
Slappers Only offers a slight berry flavor at first sip coming from the Juniper while finishing with a floral back end. Leaving the drinker asking for more.
